Alan is a highly experienced & efficient plumber. He installed a new faucet in my laundry room & installed 2 new pipes because my old faucet was dripping hot water. He also installed a new tap on my house exterior because the old tap was worn out & dripping water. And he installed a new toilet & fixed our toilet shut off valve because the old toilet was damaged & toilet tank was not filling up properly. Often, yes. In BC a like-for-like residential swap with an input of 50,000 BTU/hr or less can sometimes be done under a replacement decal — but only if the venting method does not change.
