He was going to come in 2 days, but since he had an opening and we were at home, he came right away. His service was incredibly professional, speedy, and he cleaned before he left! “Efficient work by Alan, my hot water tank was suddenly not working one night, and the other day he came up and check and confirm it’s too old (over 15 years) and can’t be repaired. He got one new on next day morning and replaced, the work was done before long weekend which save my bathing!”

On a Saturday I called Milani and Roto Rooter and was told I would shell out $350 for one hour of repair time without even hearing about the work. How arrogant just ridiculous! Found Mario Plumbing. Owner operated. Got back to me immediately and within 45 minutes was at my doorstep and fixed the problem fast. Fantastic! Reasonable rates. He is my go to guy from now on! I spoke to Alan and he was able to schedule me in that day, and even arrived earlier than expected. He quickly cleared the blockage in the drain tile and got us on the road to recovery. We were very pleased with the quality of service and Alan's expertise and efficiency. We scheduled Alan for a return visit to address several plumbing issues around the house. He installed a new faucet, fixed an issue with the toilet and changed the cartridge in the shower. Ours is an older house, so issues like these are invariably complicated to address. Alan was very personable and friendly, worked hard and was meticulous in his work, he also provided solid suggestions on how to address some of the other non plumbing work we were planning. I was previously dissapointed by a big plummer company here in Burnaby, they rejected to replace my old sink claiming that it would be an impossible work for them,. “Okay, let me just say, finding water on the floor is one of those instant "worst nightmare" moments, right? You just desperately hope someone spilled something and it's not, like, a leaky pipe. Well, for us, it was definitely not a spill. What happened was, our kitchen faucet has this pull-down hose, and it started leaking. Now, I'm not exactly mechanically inclined, but I figured, "Hey, I can do this!" So, I bravely turned off the hot and cold water, swapped out the hose, and honestly, I was feeling pretty proud of myself. Then I turned the water back on, and bam – the hot water started leaking! Oh no. This was around 8 PM, so I just shut off the water for the night, and my wife, bless her heart, called a plumber the next day.”
