These terms cover your use of this website and the plumbing and heating services provided by Mario Plumbing and Heating. By using this site or booking us, you agree to them. We’ve kept them plain and simple.

Our services

We provide licensed, insured plumbing and heating services across Burnaby and Metro Vancouver — emergency and scheduled, and we come to you. All work is completed to the applicable BC codes by qualified tradespeople. Mario Plumbing & Heating Corporation is Red Seal accredited (Plumbing #00313-PL-22), WorkSafeBC registered (#201259485), and fully insured.

Quotes & pricing

Our quotes are free. We give you an up-front price that you approve before we start — no surprise charges. Coming out to look at the problem is free; if diagnosing it needs hands-on work with our tools, that time is billed as labour. If the job turns out to be different once we’re into it (hidden damage or a change in scope), we’ll stop, explain it, and get your okay before doing any additional work.

Deposits & payment

For larger jobs we ask for a 50% deposit before we begin. The balance is due when the work is complete. We accept cash, e-transfer, credit, and cheque — cash or e-transfer preferred.

Our workmanship

We guarantee our workmanship for 6 months from the date of the job. If something isn’t right with work we performed in that time, contact us and we’ll come back and make it right. Parts and equipment, such as tanks and fixtures, are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. This guarantee doesn’t cover pre-existing problems, normal wear, or issues caused by other parties or later changes to the system.

Scheduling & emergencies

We come fast and we prioritize emergencies. Exact arrival times depend on your location and how busy we are, so we can’t promise a specific time — but calling us is always the fastest way to reach us.

Liability

We carry out our work with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or for problems outside the scope of the work we performed. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under British Columbia consumer-protection law.
